This mocktail is a great summer drink that has a lovely purple hue. Sweet and fruity, it’s sure to be a hit with the children too.

Ingredients

  • 12 blackberries
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • Lemonade
  • Ice
  • Mint - to garnish

How to make

  1. Place 9 of the blackberries and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker and muddle until they are completely squashed
  2. Add the ice and shake well and then strain into a glass
  3. Top up with the lemonade
  4. Add some crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and the remaining blackberries
