The overriding flavour in the Tanglefoot cocktail is rum, with a lovely citrusy sharpness from the lemon to follow. The orange juice adds some sweetness to the drink and compliments the other ingredients perfectly.

  • 30ml light rum
  • 30ml Swedish Punsch
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml fresh orange juice
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Add all the ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
