The Slow Gin Martini was invented by Harry Craddock, a legendary cocktail maestro of the Savoy′s American Bar. It has a beautiful ruby hue and looks as fine as it tastes.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Sloe Gin
  • 20ml sweet vermouth
  • 20ml dry vermouth

How to make

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients
  2. Stir for around 30 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
