Singapore Sling

Singapore Sling cocktail

Type: Cocktail

At the start of the 20th Century, the Singapore Sling became the ladies’ cocktail of choice. This elegant, vibrant-pink drink with a fruity taste and a summer vibe was originally created by Mr Ngiam Tong Boon for the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. The Singapore Sling is one of those wonderful drinks that most people have heard of, but perhaps many have never actually tried. One of the key ingredients is Benedictine and whilst not overly predominate, it gives the drink its unique flavour.

Nicky Finn View cocktail Recipe

Nicky Finn

A Nicky Finn is a sophisticated cocktail that is both complex and easy to drink. The undertones of brandy are pleasantly overshadowed by the triple sec and lemon juice, and the small amount of Pernod bizarrely marries everything together.
