The French Martini was invented in the 1980s in a Keith McNally′s New York City bar. The key ingredient that makes it a "French" Martini is the inclusion of a raspberry liqueur that has been produced in France since 1685.Ingredients
- 50ml vodka
- 25ml Raspberry Liqueur
- 35ml fresh pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Wedge of lime - to garnish
How to make
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes
- Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a wedge of lime
