A Mimosa Cocktail is one-part champagne and one-part orange juice. Traditionally it is served in a tall champagne flute and is a popular drink served at weddings. It is thought to have been invented at the Hôtel Ritz Paris in around 1925, by Frank Meier.

The Silver Streak cocktail has an unusual flavour, pairing Kümmel, a sweet and colourless liqueur that is flavoured with caraway seed, fennel and cumin, with gin. Also known as kümmel or kimmel, the cocktail is a bit like Marmite – you will either love it or hate it.
