The Champs Elysees combines two great Gallic spirits, cognac and green Chartreuse, a herbal liqueur. Add some lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters and you have yourself a very elegant cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 40ml cognac
  • 15ml green Chartreuse
  • 7.5ml fresh lemon juice
  • 7.5ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with a piece of lemon zest
