A rather boozy cocktail, the Casablanca is heavy on the rum and sweetened with Maraschino liqueur and triple sec. Whilst many recipes exist, this one is well-balanced and delicious and is sure to become a favourite.

Ingredients

  • 70ml white rum
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml triple sec
  • 15ml Maraschino liqueur
  • Lime wedge - to garnish
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Shake all the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
